Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item when it's unopened and is in the same state as the day you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
